wah lao today was a total bummer. had training but stupid council kept me for so long with my team running past like so many times. so embarassed can. lol. then once go there then do what 8 rounds around the upper sec block. okay that was easy but then must do 300 times skipping. i'm not the kind of skipping person so it was like crap. then rushed to pete at rixxx for ws. wah lao come back still must chiong ss project.
